Perhaps our most precious resource, time is so often something we don't use with intention or protect with purpose. In this timely 90 minute session, we'll work through a proven programme of tools and techniques to up our energy, give us more control, and inspire the confidence that we're wisely investing our most finite commodity.
We’ll be exploring the secrets of workplace productivity, understanding how we can make more of our time and therefore get more done at work. Together, we’ll reframe the ideas of efficiency and effectiveness, deal with distractions and become fanatical about focus — so that we feel on top of our workload, less stressed about deadlines and more in control of the finite time we all have.
